What is a Spiritual Awakening?

So what exactly is your Spiritual Awakening?

It is embodying all that you are within, without, in alignment, with your values, with your beliefs and your inner knowing.

As a Spiritual Guide & Mentor, who has been on her own Awakening Journey, I am here to help you to navigate your way in your own Awakening of Your Spiritual Self, Your Spiritual Ambition, Your Spiritual Healing and to Embody Your Higher Consciousness in a world that has kept us and continues to keep us hidden in the dark.

What does all this entail?

How do I know that I am beginning my Spiritual Awakening?

You are stepping out of what is known as the 3D, your human experience and expanding your consciousness. You are remembering. You are becoming our Spiritual Self.

• Perhaps you have been feeling uneasy, but you can’t really figure out why.
• Perhaps you are feeling out of place in your current life, like you don’t belong in your current circumstance, part of your family or with the friends that you currently have.
• Perhaps you just don’t connect with the people you’ve always been around and may even dread seeing them.
• Places that you have always gone, you no longer enjoy visiting them.
• The everyday tasks that you have got in a habit of doing, even done them for years, your entire life, simply lack meaning now. They seem trivial somehow, and they make you feel like you have a pull to something more.

But, you just can’t explain what is happening or why you feel this way.

You find that being on your own no longer scares you and sometimes you actually feel comfort somehow in solitude.

Or you start to feel that you’re replenished around certain people. But you don’t see them as often and you don’t feel obliged to be with them as often as you felt you had to with others in the past.

Perhaps in your everyday life you are starting to notice things that you didn’t see before. They’ve probably always been there. But you’ve never been aware of their existence, going down a road, perhaps, that you’ve always gone down for many years, and all of a sudden you think I don’t remember seeing that before.

Are you starting to get a feeling like an inner knowing?

Do you feel a strong intuition, a feeling deep down in your gut or in your heart, more often than you did before?

When you’re out in nature, or by the sea, or in certain places, you get a strange feeling of being at home, even when you’ve never been there before.

Are you starting to hear phrases and words like meditation, affirmations, journaling, frequency, grounding and you are drawn to crystals, you’re curious about what they are. But you don’t know why, you just have this intrinsic knowing that they are part of your life now?

Do you see synchronicities, repeating patterns of things or maybe you’re noticing little signs, but you don’t know what they mean. Are you seeing things like feathers or numbers?

Or, perhaps even seeing things in the shadows, yet you just cannot explain why you feel that they’re okay, that they’re normal, that you are somehow seeing your life differently, almost from the outside of where you used to be.

It’s because you are starting to see yourself as a different person. You’re no longer just a human. You’re feeling something so much more and you’re ready now to to make more time for yourself and to live your life the way you were meant to, rather than the one you’ve been programmed to.

And yet, somehow you’re feeling guilt and you don’t want to have to live up to expectations of others.

You feel that all that you are is more than others believe or perceive you to be, and it’s time for you now to start embodying that “other” self that you’ve always kept small.

You’ve kept yourself hidden away because you haven’t quite understood what all this means, or those in your immediate circle wouldn’t understand.

You don’t know how to explain it.

And in everyday life other people quite frankly think you’re a bit crazy.

You are NOT crazy!

These feelings that you’re having, trust that they are right for you. It’s that inner knowing that I explained earlier. It’s feeling in alignment with what / who you really want to to be, do and have.

It’s time to embody everything that you are within and without, being true to your values. Speaking your truth.

Are you feeling any of that? Does that resonate with you? Are you having those light bulb moments going? Oh, my goodness, yes, that’s me?

Somebody please understand me. Please tell me I’m not going crazy? – Beautiful Soul, I promise, you really are not.

It’s time now for you to embrace this time and Awaken your Spiritual Self, Awaken your Spiritual Ambition and Awaken the Spiritual Healing within you.

Embody all that you truly are. Speak your truth, as you are a sacred being and your voice deserves to be heard.

It’s time for your sacred voice to speak loudly, to show up, no more hiding in the shadows.

Be aware though that there may be shadow work if you go through this process. But, believe me, working within what’s in your gut, your heart, in that darkness, when the light shines out, it is SO bright. It’s more than okay to shine that light of your Spiritual Self.

It’s time for your Awakening.
