Why ME, Why Now?

You’ve been watching from the side lines, seen me pop up talking about crazy “spiritual stuff” and you’re thinking what is with her?

What the heck is Vibration, Frequency, Soul’s calling anyway? She’s lost the plot!

I am not just some crazy lady, I promise, (well only slightly anyway), I honestly believe in everything I share with you.

Although I didn’t always, I used to believe in all the things we are taught, pretty much from birth.

I was the good girl, I did all the things I thought I “should”, I truly thought that those with “authority” knew better and did everything they did for our good.

Living not Existing

That’s not living as your true self, that’s existing.

Now I know and understand a different perspective on life, the universe and everything!

So, back to Why ME?

Well, I’ve been there. I’ve been at the point where things are seeming a little odd, where you begin to question nearly everything. I’ve been to the deep and back and now beyond, and am sharing my journey, my knowledge and hopefully wisdom with you to be able to do the same so you can become the ME you were meant to be.

Does this sound like you?

Feeling disconnected, as though you don’t belong in your life anymore.

Continually searching for answers outside of yourself, waiting for validation or permission to change.

Being riddled with guilt for wanting more even though you have what on paper is considered a “good life”.

Having a niggling feeling (a calling) for something deeper – that you just can’t explain but know to be true – and having no idea where to start finding or understanding it.

Even now some of these still ring true but I am pleased to say that when you embrace stepping into your true self, really know what makes you tick, what makes you authentic, and you make decisions in your life from a deep love and understanding of yourself, then life as you know it begins to change.

Do understand that switching to a spiritual path isn’t all love and light and dancing around naked with flowers in your hair (although you absolutely can if you wish to), it encompasses all parts of you, even the bits of you hidden away or that you don’t want to see.

Lightening the mood a little, a lot of spiritual practices can easily enrich your every day experience and that’s how I got started.

Small Steps

The small steps. The ones that create new habits and change the neural pathways to a heightened level of consciousness are the ones that enable you to simply become. To step away from the disconnect, the searching, the need for validation, the guilt and the trying to be the someone that you really aren’t.

So Why ME? Why NOW?

Because it’s time. Because humanity is re-awakening to the possibilities that are us. Because you are all that you need to be, not just another cog in the machine but a living, breathing, soulful being.
