Belief – and the power it holds

Belief isn’t like a switch that you can turn on or off, it’s a feeling, an energy, that you embody and live. Once you have the belief, it becomes a light, a beacon of hope, guidance and trust that lights the way ahead, even if only the one step in front of you.

It started with a card reading

I began to lose the guilt I was feeling, I honoured boundaries for myself, rediscovered the real me and celebrated my amazing self . I gained confidence to speak my truth, I felt worthy of time for myself and learnt techniques to calm stress. I slept properly for the first time in years and saw a whole new beautiful world.
